What is your best fit?

Alexander Technique - $110

60-minute session targeting postural re-education with bodywork to reduce stress and chronic pain. Alexander Technique focuses on improving alignment, reducing muscular tension and enhancing overall movement efficiency.

Alexander Workshop - $60

3hr immersive workshop designed for women who want to release tension, improve posture and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness. Through a blend of Alexander Technique, Shiatsu and guided meditation, participants learn practical tools to reduce stress and restore natural balance.
The session includes hands-on guidance, movement awareness and simple breathing techniques. Suitable for all levels.

Limited to 10 participants and a minimum of 6.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

I've taught the Alexander Technique since 1996. guided meditation for three decades and have been a Bach Flower practitioner since 2019. I offer women a calm, supportive space to unwind, realign and reconnect with thenselves.
